It's hard to believe: This September, we're already celebrating the 1-year anniversary of Steininger Loisium Weinwelt!
A year full of new ideas, encounters, events, and changes both big and small.

A lot has happened here at Weinwelt over the past few months. With sensitivity, fresh ideas, and a keen eye for detail, we’re constantly refining the Weinwelt experience—all while staying true to the unique character of this place.
New Name, New Logo, New Brand Identity
We not only gave the Weinwelt new momentum, but also a new name and a new identity: it became Steininger Loisium Weinwelt. The new name links the Steininger Winery even more closely to the world of wine and highlights what has now become one.
This connection is reflected in the new logo: The distinctive cube—Langenlois’s architectural landmark—has been incorporated as the central element. It symbolizes this special place and, at the same time, the connection between tradition and modernity, the past and the future.
To complement our new brand identity, we’ve also redesigned our website. Here you’ll find all the information you need about tours, tastings, events, and your visit with us—all clearly organized in one place.
Also NEW: You can now conveniently order your favorite wines and sparkling wines through our online store and have them delivered directly to your home.

The fermentation tank becomes a stage
One of the new highlights of our tour: The fermentation tank has been given a very special display, offering a new way to experience winemaking.

Our shop is constantly growing and invites you to explore and browse. In addition to wine and sparkling wine, you’ll find select regional specialties, as well as many lovely items related to indulgence, wine, and gift-giving. Events, Culture & Collaborations
Stagnation? Not here! This year, we’ve already had the opportunity to organize numerous special events and collaborations: from the presentation of the Champion Wines, the big-screen Silent Cinema event, and “Kostbares Kamptal” to the “Sparkling Ladies” celebration around International Women’s Day.
There was plenty going on culturally as well: Loisiarte, Allegro Vivo, exhibitions, and the Septemberlese filled the world of wine with music, art, and literature. More exciting events are already in the works for the coming year.
Combined Ticket
Another new addition to the program is a combo ticket with the Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, which is available for
both groups and individual guests. The goal is to offer guests additional opportunities
to make their stay in Langenlois more varied.
One year down. And we're far from done.
We look back on our first year with great joy—and at the same time, we’re looking ahead with plenty of ideas. We’ve already accomplished a lot, but we still have at least as much planned.

Growing up between vineyards, cellars and family, the path was mapped out
Three daughters, three distinct paths—and yet all have remained true to wine. Eva runs the Steininger Winery together with her husband Peter and their three sons, and since September 1, she has also been managing the Steininger Loisium Weinwelt. With experience, intuition, and a distinct style, she combines tradition with contemporary innovation. Anna has found her home in Straß, where she runs the Arndorfer Winery together with her husband Martin and their three daughters. Family, craftsmanship, and a close connection to nature are at the heart of everything they do.
Lisa has been managing the Steininger Loisium Weinwelt together with Eva since September 1, 2025. She is primarily responsible for events, celebrations, and special occasions, and creates spaces where wine, enjoyment, and socializing come together. Together with her husband João, who is also a winemaker, she lives out her passion for wine and community.
Karl and Brigitta Steininger form the foundation of all this. Karl, winemaker, grandfather and all-round craftsman, has shaped generations with his energy, knowledge and down-to-earth attitude. Brigitta, winemaker with vision, export expert, passionate cook and flower lover, has given the winery openness, internationality and sensitivity.
They have not only passed on the wine, but also an attitude: respect for nature, enjoyment and the value of family. Today, a great whole is growing out of this - supported by origin, cohesion and a living wine culture.
