Growing up between vineyards, cellars and family, the path was mapped out
Three daughters, three distinct paths—and yet all have remained true to wine. Eva runs the Steininger Winery together with her husband Peter and their three sons, and since September 1, she has also been managing the Steininger Loisium Weinwelt. With experience, intuition, and a distinct style, she combines tradition with contemporary innovation. Anna has found her home in Straß, where she runs the Arndorfer Winery together with her husband Martin and their three daughters. Family, craftsmanship, and a close connection to nature are at the heart of everything they do.
Lisa has been managing the Steininger Loisium Weinwelt together with Eva since September 1, 2025. She is primarily responsible for events, celebrations, and special occasions, and creates spaces where wine, enjoyment, and socializing come together. Together with her husband João, who is also a winemaker, she lives out her passion for wine and community.
Karl and Brigitta Steininger form the foundation of all this. Karl, winemaker, grandfather and all-round craftsman, has shaped generations with his energy, knowledge and down-to-earth attitude. Brigitta, winemaker with vision, export expert, passionate cook and flower lover, has given the winery openness, internationality and sensitivity.
They have not only passed on the wine, but also an attitude: respect for nature, enjoyment and the value of family. Today, a great whole is growing out of this - supported by origin, cohesion and a living wine culture.
