From the river valley around Schönberg all the way up to the foothills of the Waldviertel at about 360 meters above sea level, our Sauvignon Blanc and Muskateller grapes ripen for our 50:50 blend. Harvested just before full ripeness is reached, the wine remains irresistibly fruity and light in alcohol content. Muskateller delivers seductive elderflower and lemon balm aromas, while Sauvignon Blanc contributes grassy, crisp freshness. Refined by a tingling effervescence, it offers a unique experience.
