In Langenlois begeben Sie sich auf eine faszinierende Entdeckungsreise durch die Welt des Weins. Das bis zu 900 Jahre alte Kellerlabyrinth verbindet historische Weinkultur mit moderner Architektur und schafft einen einzigartigen Ort, an dem Tradition und Gegenwart harmonisch verschmelzen.
Konzept und Design der Steininger Loisium Weinwelt stammen vom international renommierten New Yorker Architekten Steven Holl. Seine außergewöhnliche Architektur macht den Besuch bereits über der Erde zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
Auf rund 1,5 Kilometern führt Sie ein Audioguide durch die eindrucksvollen Kellerwelten und begleitet Sie mit spannenden Geschichten und faszinierenden Einblicken in die Entstehung des Weins – vom Weingarten bis in den Keller. So wird Wein mit allen Sinnen erlebbar.

Tip: You are also welcome to book a guided tour and experience the Steininger Loisium world of wine even more intensively. Our experienced guides will accompany you through the impressive labyrinth of cellars and tell you exciting stories and fascinating background information about wine, wine culture and the traditional history of the house. This makes every tour an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
At Steininger Weinwelt, you can immerse yourself in the history and culture of wine. On a barrier-free tour through impressive cellars, some of which are up to 900 years old, you will discover the world of viticulture in all its facets. Exciting insights into the work of the winegrowers, the development of wine production and the interplay between man, nature and the vineyard – in the past and today – make the visit a special experience, whether individually or in a group.

Free admission once with the Lower Austria Card. Only valid for individual visitors, special events are excluded.
Families and children
It is also exciting for families and children. During the cellar tour, you will meet Frida & Fridolin, the funny cellar mice. The audio guide takes you on a puzzle journey into the cellar – playful, interactive and educational.

Die Vinothek bietet als genussvoller Treffpunkt die Möglichkeit, regionale Weine und Sekte zu verkosten und zu Ab-Hof-Preisen zu erwerben. Als Abschluss des Besuchs oder zum gemütlichen Verweilen lädt unser WineLounge Bistro ein – hier lässt sich die Vielfalt der Region in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen.
